Professional Learning

At Invested we are committed to continuous professional learning for our staff so that we can constantly build on the excellent practice each day and work towards an even greater understanding of our students and their needs.

Our professional learning is broken down into 4 strands:

• Whole School – encompassing regular safeguarding training and updates; teaching and learning; behaviour training and annual refreshers. Safeguarding is at the forefront of everything we do and we partner with Clennell to ensure we have first-class, up-to-date training on a regular basis.
• Individual – Including coaching cycles, action research and professional growth cycles
• External – Specialist SEND and SEMH training from industry experts, NPQs and accredited programmes
• Pupil Specific – EHCP deep dives; risk assessment and behaviour plan updates alongside pupil reviews
